Shipping Policy
All artworks are sent by registered mail. On the product page of each item you will find an expected delivery time, for example 3-5 working days. The shipping time is the period in which we send the product to our delivery partner, not the date when you can expect the product at home. We will always keep you informed about your order and its status. You can also track the shipment yourself via the included track and trace code.
Return & Exchange Policy
Original art works: If you change your mind after ordering, you can cancel the order within 24 hours at no additional cost. This will be by sending an email via the contact form. We love our items and are sure you will be delighted once your product arrives. If not, you can return it within fourteen days of delivery and get your money back. In this case, please contact us and we will initiate the process with you. We reserve the right to deduct our delivery costs from your return shipment if you decide to cancel the order after the first 24 hours.
Please note that we will refund the purchase price of the item after we have received it in good order. The return costs are your responsibility. The artworks must be returned by registered mail and the costs will depend on the rates applied in your country. If you do not return a work of art by registered mail, a full refund will be declined.

Posters: At the moment we only accept refunds in very specific situations. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you received or if the order was lost or returned to sender, get in touch within 30 days of estimated delivery date (or the date you received the item) and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure you are happy with your orders. If that's not possible or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll see if a refund will be suitable.
